On Monday night the Falcons played the Luther Burbank Titans at Luther Burbank High School. The 1st quarter ended 16-14 with the Titans up in a back and forth battle of finishing around the rim. The Falcons went up soaring in the second quarter picking up steam playing good offense and defense as the quarter ended 27-21 Falcons. As turnovers wounded the Titans, the Falcons capitalized off of them with great playmaking and execution to make the score 47-35 as the Falcons took the 3rd. While the Titans started competing more in the 4th quarter, it was too late with the Falcons responding back as the game ended 59-47. The Falcons took the win with Exander Irving-Romero ‘24 and Jake Westman ‘23 leading the game in scoring with 16 points each. The Falcons are 4-2 heading into their next game against the Florin Panthers at Florin High School. The game is at 7pm today. Good luck Falcons!
