Swim:
CAL League Swim Championships
Junior Varsity Boys - 2nd Place Overall
Boys had some great swims and several personal best. Tate Leveroni-Sorensen missed winning both his events by a fingernail, including one to his teammate Alex Edmonds.
• Alex Edmonds - 1st place in 100FR
• Alex, Tate, Braden and Jackson - 1st place 200 Free Relay
Junior Varsity Girls - 2nd Place Overall
We were unfortunately missing a couple swimmers for finals which would have given us the victory. That aside the lady Falcons fought hard and had many personal best times!
• Alex Taylor - 1st place in 200 Free and 100 Backstroke
• Kendall Wagner - 1st place 500 Free
• Alex Taylor, Dakota Schiltz, Ann Lightstone and Alia Symkowich-Rose - 1st Place 400 Free Relay
Varsity Boys - 4th Place Overall
With only 6 total varsity swimmers the boys really competed well and had some fast swims. Looking forward to seeing what they do at sections!
• Jaydison Dacuycuy - 1st place in 100 Breaststroke
Varsity Girls - 3rd Place Overall
The results were tight and similar to JV girls we were missing a couple girls for finals. With their swims we would have easily taken 2nd place and would have been a tossup the overall victory.
• Illiana Foth - 1st place in 200 Individual Medley and 100 Breaststroke
• Olivia Esperas, Illiana Foth, Sidney Reyes, Anna Potter - 1st place 200 Medley Relay
• Kiara Yalan, Lana Lukins, Abigail Gonong, Illiana Foth - 1st place 200 Free Relay
Track and Field:
Competed at CAL Meet #2 @ Del Campo High School
JV Boy’s 1st in league.
JV Girl’s 1st in league.
