Track and Field conditioning is Monday-Thursday, 3:30-4:45. We also lift weights on Monday and Wednesdays. You MUST have an up to date physical on file in FinalForms in order to participate! If you have any questions contact Coach Morla on Schoology or email @ lmorla@cbhs-sacramento.org.
