The Christian Brother's women's volleyball team had their first home game of the season against Granite Bay and were able to pull off the win in 5 sets. In the first set, the Falcons dominated the Grizzles with their tough serves and won the set 25-15. However, in the second set the Falcons tokk the pressure off of Granite Bay and they were able to dominate the set 25-12. Tied at one set a piece the two teamd fought for the win in the third set and the Falcons were just able to win the set with a score of 28-26. But Granite Bay was able to repond to this momentum shift and were able to take the fourth set from the Falcons with a score of 25-22, pushing the game to a fifth set. In the fifth set, the teams were going point for point with the Grizzles, but in the end were able to sneak the last four points in securing the match win 15-11. Now the Lady Falcons will travel down to El Dorado for their match against Oak Ridge tonight at 6pm. Go Falcons!
