The Men's Lacrosse team on Monday 3/18 had a long drive up to Grass Valley to play Nevada Union in a league game. The Falcons had an early lead ending the first quarter 7-1. But the Falcons seemed to ease up which was one of their greatest mistakes of that game. The Nevada Union Miners clawed they're way back into the game. It got to the 4th quarter when the miners ended up tying the game at 12-12. The teams went back and forth, but captains Ryan McLaughlin and Bradey Tyler who ended the game with (Ryan 3 goals, 5 assists, Bradey 6 goals, 3 assists) made sure the Falcons were either tied or up 1. The end of regulation occured and the score was 14-14, the game went overtime sudden victory. The Falcons played hard defense to start the OT and ended up stopping the miners in their tracks. The Falcon offense took over and senior Nick Webster who already had 4 goals on the night took a rip that went straight into the back of the net, giving the Falcons the win. The Men's lacrosse team take on the Lincoln Trojans at home tonight at 7pm. Go Falcons!
